Refund policy

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged.

Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Returns that do not meet the requirements outlined below may not be eligible for a refund.


Deoxylocks 2DDR Hydrogel – 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

We offer a 90-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee for our Deoxylocks 2DDR Hydrogel, beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

Customers are encouraged to use the product as directed during this period. This guarantee is intended for customers who have used the product as directed.

How to Request a Return

If you are not satisfied with your results, you must contact our support team at help@deoxylocks.com within 7 days after the 90-day period ends to request return authorization.

Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be pre-approved before being sent
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorization
  • Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued

Limit One Per Customer (First-Time Buyers Only)

The 90-day risk-free guarantee is limited to one (1) unit per customer and applies to first-time buyers only.

This limit applies per customer, household, and shipping address. If multiple units are purchased, only one unit is eligible for a refund under this guarantee. All additional units are considered final sale.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
